My name is Nina Wilson, and I am a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Coach working in private practice in Dorset. I am able to work with you on any issues that may be affecting you and can utilise a single therapy or a combination of therapies to help you to achieve the change you want to see in yourself. I am fully qualified, registered and insured in all therapies offered through my practice, and have; a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, a Masters in Forensic Psychology,  a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Practitioner Diploma in NLP and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma. Additionally, I am an Accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

For me, successful therapy is helping you to move forward. To leave the weight of your issues behind and to be more comfortable with who and where you are.  Life can be hard, change can seem unachieveable and fears insurmountable, and sometimes we need support to find a way through. Asking for help isn't a sign of weakness but of real strength and a will to change.
